The Royal Engagement

Back in November 27th, it was announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were engaged! What's the first thing people want to know and see when a couple gets engaged...how did he propose and let's see the ring!

First, Harry and Meghan revealed to the BBC's Mishal Husain that their surprise proposal happened over a typical roast chicken dinner at their cottage. Sounds simple and sweet, like the cutest happy couple they are! And unfortunately, that's the only juicy detail we know about their wonderful moment...

That ring however, was custom designed by Prince Harry with Cleave and Company using one conflict-free diamond from Botswana and two smaller diamonds from Princess Diana's collection, his late mother. Prince Harry is confident that his mother would have been over the moon about not only the engagement, but the sentiment in the custom ring as well. The three stone engagement ring features the two round diamonds supporting a 2.5ct to 3ct cushion cut diamond set in white gold with the band of the ring in yellow gold.
